Chiltern Bradshaw provides a professional, personalised, recruitment service that specialises in restructuring and insolvency.
Prior to founding Chiltern Bradshaw, I led the restructuring and insolvency practice of an international executive search firm based in London.
My interest in the field had been triggered by two generations of my family who had run their own Insolvency & Business Recovery firms.
My restructuring and insolvency career began in 2013 when I joined a specialist team at a large accountancy firm. I moved into recruitment in 2015 and have specialised in the same field since.
Chiltern Bradshaw works with top accountancy firms, market-leading restructuring boutiques/consulting firms, law firms, and private equity and investment funds.
We engage with both clients and candidates and obtain an in-depth understanding of both their needs and goals. We have a strong and varied network in order to perfectly match clients and candidates, as well as offering new opportunities and career paths.
