Meet Luke Fisher

Luke is the Managing Director of Chiltern Bradshaw Limited. He founded the company in 2021. He has worked as a specialist in the recruitment of Insolvency and Restructuring professionals since 2015. Prior to that he was a member of the Business Recovery team of a leading firm of accountants, finance, and business advisers.

Q & A

Why did you want to work in recruitment?

I genuinely love meeting and discussing the hopes and aspirations of the people I work with. It's something that I realised I enjoyed at the outset of my professional career. It's incredibly satisfying being able to help people at a critical point of their career progression.

What do you think makes Chiltern Bradshaw different?

A genuine understanding of a candidate's day-to-day working environment as a consequence of having worked in the industry, and also having the benefit of being close to two successful practitioners who are in my family. It has allowed me to understand the issues candidates have to contend with at work, and to empathise with them as a trusted partner.

What are your interests?

I'm a keen sportsman. I play or watch pretty much any sport. However, in the main, I play cricket and watch football.
